What is the best way to view the lighthouse exterior?

Walk the cliff path just south of the lighthouse for the best angles.

Since you cannot go inside, photography is the main activity. The rocky cliff trails offer unobstructed views of the tower. You can also view the exterior from a Casco Bay boat tour.
